Soho is a great place to grab some good quality Chinese in downtown (excuse me Uptown) Charlotte. Usually slammed at lunch because the prices are pretty good (of course the food as well), but usually pretty easy to get a seat during dinner.

I recommend the Sa Cha Shrimp and Beef. Always tastes great and they make it spicy, just the way I like it!

SoHo Bistro is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in Charlotte, It's definately not your fast food kind of Chinese, but rather made-to-order food that fast and excellent.

I love this place. It's small so avoid Noon-1:00 as they get very busy. Try to either visit around 11:30 or after 1:00.

They also offer dinner.
