Aweful!

All I can say is: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If there was an option for 0 stars I would do 0. Im going to make this short and sweet, if you want to get ripped off use this company. They are some of the shadiest people I have ever met. I also plan on reporting them to the BBB and N.E.W (National Electronic Warranty). Please be advised of these people.

These guys are so great!!! I have referred them to all of my top clients in real estate on the west side, South Bay, beach communities and everyone has been so happy.

They are really good about taking care of people and everyone is so quick and respectful.

They were always helpful for me with any questions I had, even when the service was done and they were paid. They fixed my LG flat...

I was referred to this company when my tv was in need of repair. I called to schedule an appointment for a tech to come by and I was given the run around. They scheduled me and no one showed up. I called back and got some sob story from a rep. They rescheduled me for another day and apologized for the inconvenience. On the second scheduled date I was told that a tech would show up between 2-5....
