great until you need your money back

We have had the storage unit for almost 2 years and thing were okay until we stopped renting the storage. Our automated billing paid them an extra month of rent after we have cancelled the service. That was back in early April 2009. When first contacted them and they said that they will mail the check back to us. 1 monthly later no check in the mail.
