Help us make it rightDr. Craig Snyder is an undergraduate at Johns Hopkins, and received his dental degree from Georgetown University in 1984. He has a private practice in Towson, MD as well as providing the sole dentistry for the residents in the Oak Crest retirement communtity in Parkville, MD.
The doctor was running behind due to an emergency but the office staff was AMAZING! they communicated the delay to me upon check in, and kept me updated. The office manager Maria is fantastic!!! She watched and played with my daughter while I got my new patient exam. Kristen the Hygienist was gentle but through and the sweetest!!! I loved Dr. Sender he was very on point and his bedside manner...
I was nervous but he and his assistant were very, very kind and caring. They were reassuring about fears and I felt zero discomfort during the procedure. This is a great group of people who really care about their patients.
Dr. Snyder & staff are the best! I was ashamed & embarrassed of the state of my dental affairs - I didn't even want to open my mouth. Yet everyone was so kind & compassion ate - they made me feel like a human again. And I'm so looking forward to smiling again!
Very kind and comfortable environment. All staff, including Dr. Synder, took a genuine interest in me and made me feel at home.
For personal reasons, I had to have a lot of work done in one day. I sat in my chair for 6 hours....however it felt like 2. DR SNYDER and his staff were amazing, always asking if I was ok, or if I needed a break. It looks like Dr Snyder hand picked his staff to perfection. they are all friendly, happy, and always smiling. I am very happy with their services and highly recommend them.
