Crooks. They gouge you on Valentines Day. I called to order flowers priced at $59.99 on their website. They tried to charge me $80. I asked why and was told "Because it's Valentines day." Their prices are already too high and they have the nerve to jack up their prices on Holidays. The staff is also rude. Big mistake calling these people.
DITTO VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Made an appt. to meet with man about wedding flowers on lunch break was told by lady he could not come out to help us because he had other orders to fill. Lady was not interested in apologizing or offering help in his place. Left there and went to THE COTTAGE FLORIST around the corner and got great service. Will NEVER step foot in that place again.
