It's convenient, that's it. the attendant does nothing but watch videos on his lap top. the equipment is filthy hasn't been cleaned since I started there about a year ago. Windows and bathrooms are filthy. The TVs don't work or are not turned on. One step away from a staff infection in this place!!!!!
Terrible gym, do not choose this there are better options.
Very small....staff didn't say boo to me, But it was convenient for me visiting my mom at the rehab building next door.
It's located in a convenient location. Has most of the equipment to suit my needs. It has a bit of a run down feel to it. And, I feel that I sacrifice a little bit of quality for location.
