yeah the apartments are ok b/c they offer all utilities but they make excuses why they can never fix anything and make sure everything that the apt manager tells you is in writing, b/c if not then it wont get fixed. They make excuses for everything. the apt I had, had lots of problems that they said they could not do anything about, so all the big problems never got fixed. DO NOT move here if...
