Went in to store @. 6:45pm in a Saturday night not knowing which flavor or what we needed, the person helping us was very pleasant did not rush us, and so knowledgeable & helpful we'll b back

falsifying statement

first of all, this lady wasn't the one to come in and purchase these items. He had already left the shop and returned home. I would say maybe an hour later (I'm not too sure of how long it was that he had left) the wife decides to call smoke city. The register clerk picked up the phone and she asked to speak to the manager (which was me). She stated over the phone that her husband purchased...

Smoke City in Decatur,Tx.My husband bought 35.25 dollars worth of cigarette products.He gave them a fifty dollar bill and a twenty dollar bill.He thought he gave them two twentys.His change was 14.00 when it should have been 34.75 so were 20.75 ripped off. I went back to the store,the boy that ripped us off wasn't there his sister was there. She said she would not give me my money back.She lied...
