The waitin time at the office is ridiculous. I was ther on time for my app. And i was waiting for more than one hour to be seen. After that my kids complain about the assistance hirting them a lot. Wile they were talking between them and don't pay atention to what they are doing!!!!!!

When we arrived at our appointment time there were not many patients waiting, and the staff was friendly as usual. It was at least 30 minutes until my children were called back, however so our entire time there was 1.5 hours. It was much too long.
