I went in for the sale they were having of 14 foils for $44, great deal i thought so i did it. I wanted 7 very blonde and 7 medium blonde(which was darker than my overall color). I asked the stylest (MONA-THE MANAGER) how long she had been doing hair and she said 11yrs but was very vague and could not tell me where at all. So i asked how long she had been at this salon and she said 3 yrs. What i got was the lighter blonde which was ok but the darker was in 'large' chunks in odd places, like one on the left front side of my head under the blonde almost none on the right side and a chunk or...
