The woman who cut my kids' hair today was incredibly cruel. She scratched my 7 y/o's neck with the clippers and told him he was being a baby when he started crying because it hurt. She also said that if he wouldn't stop tensing up it would hurt, but he was tensing up because she was hurting him. Keep your little ones away from this place, they aren't gentle at all.
