Don't park here!

Parked here recently and came back to find that the person parked beside me had sideswiped the hell out of my car and drove right out of the lot like nothing happened. A very nice lady who worked there came over and took some photos and reassured me it would be ok. Now not only did I have to track down the manager of this place for a while week to discuss this, but then he sent his secretary or something to deliver the BS to me. Apparently they have no insurance for this type of thing in any of their lots (oh yes they own ExpressPark too so don't park there either)....
