I've been working out at Slim and Tone for 3 years now. For me, it works well to go first thing in the morning, and I've found a group of like-minded ladies who work out at the same time I do. A wonderful place to relax and get in shape. Very helpful staff and friendly clients and staff. Good variety in choices for workouts. Fun events and many opportunities for related classes.

Slim & Tone has a friendly staff that is supportive and works within your comfort level, absolutely no pressure. Also the gym is available for use 24x7 to their members.
