Check in was smooth and the people that worked the desk were always very friendly when arriving and when leaving the hotel. The room though was pretty terrible. I had requested a non-smoking room with a king size bed. The room absolutely STUNK from cigarettes but I'm positive it wasn't from smoking in the room, but from bedding that was from a smoking room previously because I found a cigarette...
