One star is more then deserved, we have had nothing but problems. Not minor ones, but big ones since moving in less then a year ago into a new build. Getting ahold of the company is a frustration completely. The best way is to go to the office to address anything, but even their the incompetence is amazing.

Don't use this builder. While your house will be beautiful, there's a good chance that you'll have lots of issues--quickly. Getting a response from the office will take a miracle...or at least can be accomplished by threatening to come into the office to resolve the issues. Overall, it's been a horrible experience. I would never recommend the builder to anyone, and in fact, have turned...
