The Smart Choice among NYC Manhattan Hotels by Times Square & Broadway
Skyline hotel is a hidden hotel treasure. One of the few Manhattan hotels with parking; choose from a variety of Hell’s Kitchen hotel rooms today.
Mid-Manhattan hotel features satellite TV, movies on demand, large heated indoor pool, Nintendo and Internet access. Children stay free.
Room was specious, but we found it a little nosey at night sometimes and I was woken up with the outside nose also throughout the night but then again we were in a city that never sleeps! Shower was a bit naff but it did the job, but came in a few nights freezing so I went for the bath...
I have visited Skyline for 6 nights in October of 2016. I will mention below several pros and cons as per my opinion:
PROS:
1) Very soft & comfortable beds
2) every day cleaning
3) friendly staff
4) no hidden costs or resort fees. You give just six dollars upon arrival and you get them back the day you leave....
although the hotel may not be as up to date as some, the location is fantastic, the staff are so helpful and friendly and the rooms are very spacious, which I'm told is not always the case in manhattan.
Very friendly staff made checking in fun and efficient, room was on the small side but immaculately clean as was the tiny bathroom.
For the price paid this is a bargain - to be within walking distance to Times Square and all the attractions in and around the city centre makes this place a great base for tourists and business...
Location was excellent, staff very friendly& helpful. Decor a bit tired in public areas. Room was ok & beds comfortable, would have been nice to have free wi fi in the room instead of always going down to lobby. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room which was disappointing.
This classic New York City neighborhood is near it alltheaters on Broadway, green lawns in Central Park, and thousands of NYC top restaurants. There are all kinds of different cuisines from all over the globe conveniently located just steps away from the Skyline Hotel. Some other popular sites are the bars and clubs, farmers markets and the famous Hells Kitchen Flea Market.
