The atmosphere was enjoyable and made the afternoon/evening very enjoyable. We were a larger party and the food same out at the same time or not so far apart that any of noticed.

As, 17 year- "locals"; who rarely eat out (due to our work/travel schedules);
Skylarks is our; "To Go Place".
...The Usuals are great....but, their "Butternut Squash Lasagne" is our splurge!
Comfort food at it's finest!

Great touches on breakfast

First of all it's great to see an owner who responds to his reviewers.
Great ambience even for breakfast. The California Omelette was excellent and was a fair portion and nice flavor, especially with the ham substitute instead of turkey. The hash browns were just crunchy enough and smooth on the inside. Better than the salt & pepper hash browns...

I can take my dog and sit outside which is why we went quite often

Drove to Fairhaven to lunch with a friend. We were happy to find a restaurant open for a late lunch (2PM on a Wednesday) and a plus was it as not crowded. The restaurant upstairs was an lovely historic old building and bar and the downstairs was like another review noted-atrium type. Downstairs included noise from the kitchen so we...
