Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.... My Sister had her 2 kids Joint birthday there last Sunday and while the jumping part of the party was good, though their "DJ" was in and out Karaoki there is a joke, but the actual party part when you get moved into the other room was HORRIBLE!!! We get into the room to find that they barely decorated it, the ballons that were paid for weren't there and to top it off we were rushed through eating then rushed through cake and then rushed into opening presents! While I understand that they are there to pick up when we are done eating, it's within reason, DO NOT ask guests to get up from tables so you can clean them while we are still in there opening presents, they rushed us so much we never even looked at the clock to notice they had us all out the door 15 Min before our party was even supposed to end!!!! My sister and I complained as I had scheduled my son's birthday party for May there as well. The owner called my sister and had the audacity to yell at her!!! They are a joke! They charged my card for the deposit for my son's party and refuse to refund the money! THEY ARE SCUM STAY AWAY!!!!!
