Terrible service. I am stuck using this substandard service at Eaglewood Lofts, these clowns can't even get their box to work on what the technician called an "easy and painless installation". They do not keep their appointment times and when you call to ask where they are they call you a liar. You're better off pounding your head on a brick wall than to expect this company to help you.

I would NEVER EVER recommend sky satellite to anyone. The installation tech lied about the packages and products and the total cost of it all... There is no one in charge who would listen to me, and who would believe me when I told them about the install tech's discrepensies. They are RUDE, and its no wonder why small local companies go out of business everyday if they are run like sky...

The sales people are very nice. But the installer didn't know what we ordered and installed the wrong package. Its all worth the savings I get compaired to Comcast.
