The list is long of why this wrong with the house we rented and even longer of the amount of times they were rude to us about fixing things, but I'll list a few of the big ones.
1. Dead 2ft rat died in wall stunk up the place
2. Mold growing through out the cieling
3. Termite chewed hole in wall.
The rent on this 2 bedroom isn't low end either. Mr. Skiles is THE slum lord, to get anything done you have to submit a certified letter, otherwise as he will TELL YOU, your request you submit to them have no legal ground so he doesn't care, they will even go so far as tell you they didn't recieve it then you find out from another employee they have the work orders in the right place. It took 8 months and a certified letter to get them to do anything. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
P.S- quck note if you ever need anything done send a certified letter b/c your other request WILL not hold up in court.
