I'm impressed!
Fresh food, friendly atmosphere, and SO MANY choices of breads, veggies, meats, and homemade gourmet condiments.
Owned by ambitious, young married couple who aim to please! I have spoken to them while enjoying their gourmet creations. They shop daily for fresh food...always trying new and different presentations.
I feel fortunate that Lincoln has such an outstanding sandwich shop (breakfast is excellent also).

I love a place that knows what kind of bread or cheese you want and takes the time to talk to you and form a relationship that goes past just making your food. Sips & Subs is a locally owned joint that was my Lincoln-dwelling brother's choice for breakfast before the Husker game (they apparently also make a good cheap sandwich). Located in a somewhat run???
