The Perfect Escape
My husband bought me a gift certificate to Simply Bliss for Valentine's Day and I finally got a chance to use it last Saturday. It was for a 2 hr Escape and I absolutely loved it! The massage therapist really listened to me and left me relaxed, stress free and tension free. The esthetician left my face glowing. The spa area is so calming. You can't help but relax as soon as you smell the lavendar candles, hear the soft music, and slip into a cozy robe. I scheduled my next appointment before I left! I can't wait for my next escape!

Simply PERFECT!!!
Simply Bliss was simply perfect and exactly what I needed. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a smiling receptionist eager to take my coat and bring me a cup of gourmet coffee--yes, I said gourmet! I only waited a few minutes for my stylist. She was so attentive and really listened to what I wanted, made suggestions to better suit my face shape, eye color, and complexion and gave me the best color and cut of my life. While my color was processing the owner had their massage therapist give me a complimentary hand massage. Needless to say, I can't wait to return to Simply Bliss and will be adding a Swedish massage to my next hair appointment!

horrible
the people were talking about eachother behind their backs...kind of made me feel as though they were talking about me too. one day i came in and all the employees were fighting..i guess two of them were leaving the shop. But they were all yelling back and forth it was the worst form if professionalism ever to be seen. Whoever the owner is she should be ashamed of the business she is running. I simply went to the bathroom and on the way i hear one employee talking to another about "look what she did..and look what she has...an blah blah blah!" whoever that little girl was..she sure was tattling alot on people. All i know is i will never EVER go back to that hellhole! As a fellow business owner id be emberassed to call that a business! One thing i can say is..your doing a great job of ruining your so called "business". horrible..just horrible. this place gets no stars..period...no wait ill give a star for the only thing good in that place..the coffee
