Comminication between the front desk and the bathing department AND the customer was horrific. First we were told we could Judy bring our dog in for a bath anytime between 7 am and noon with no appointment. Also the young lady on the phone said our dog would be brought over to the vet for annual shots and an exam. When my husband got there they said they could not give our dog a bath this day...
