negative stars. apparently when they make a mistake with a customer's purchase, then the customer brings it back requesting them to fix it, they will tell you they can't help you and try to sell...

I would give zero if it was available. If a store makes a mistake, they should admit their error and do what is right for the customer. If you have no customers, you have nothing...

Cheap, cheap, cheap jewelery. I bought a new piece of body jewelery that broke before I even got to use it and the best part they refused to exchange it even though their receipt days exchanges only!
