Staff of this store is very knowledgable, patient & polite.
They willing spent as much time as you need with you to answer any question. They create family oriented atmosphere & very detail oriented to the customer.
I think they did very good job to provide best service & convinient work ours. Ask Oskar or Richard when you need answer.

I went in to Silver Fox Furs looking for just a fur coat, however, I left with much more than that. I left with a great shopping experience. The customer service there is exceptional and they answered all my questions! I even had my coat monogrammed! I recommend Oscar when you go!
