Located at the "Pill Hill" end of Capitol Hill, this hotel is comfortable, reasonably priced, and close enough to downtown Seattle that anyone in good condition can walk there. (Although it's only a 10- to 15-min. walk, be forewarned that it's all uphill on the way back.) The Silver Cloud is a good bet if you want to check out the Capitol Hill nightlife scene, which is dominated by gay bars and clubs ...

Great stay in Seattle. This was the first hotel room we ever booked on Hotwire.com. To our surprise the room and service exceeded our expectations.
