We've taken all of our dogs here and have never had a bad experience. To those complaining that staff does a great deal, thats how all medicine works these days and it is also how new vets get trained. You can't expect the Vet to do all of the mundane tasks. I found this animal clinic out of an emergency. I had adopted a puppy a few days ago, when she began to have stomach problems. I called the number at 9pm, left a message and (having never been a client at the facility) received a call from Dr. Sanchez 20 minutes later. DO NOT take your pets here. This place is run by staff and technicians, and the vet is almost never in. My dogs were given a hip X-ray but we were told to talk to the vet when he comes in later on the phone! My dog got a dental cleaning here and the spot they shaved for anesthesia got infected. When we brought the dog in, the staff said the vet was not going to be in during the time his kids... more
