A new face every time u go in. Customer service is Horrible!!! Know one can answer your questions. There is Always a wait and i never did see anyone who knew what they were doing. Stay away.....They are all rude and could care less about helping a customer who had just forked over a hug amount of money to them for a ""Start up fee""

The women is incredibly rude! She was on her cell phone the ENTIRE time I was there. I did not get the coverage I wanted, I got the coverage she wanted to give me. After swiching to another insurance company I recived unwanted phone and mail quotes from this women attempting to woo me back to her company. Never again would make that mastake.
