Sunday night....dinner at Silks. I orderd the Lobster Pot Pie with lobster and fresh garden vegetables. The fresh garden vegetables seemed more like frozen or canned. Lobster...there were a few shredded slivers of lobster. The puff pastry was over cooked. Really if you are going to call it Lobster Pot Pie...then put some chunks of lobster in it. Otherwise just call it Pot Pie with little tiny...
