Very Greasy, overpriced. Service was fine, and the space is nice, but after eating there, i was not surprised that we were the only people eating in the restaurant. This is uninspired mundane Vietnamese cuisine drenched in oil. In Oaktown, you could do a whole lot better.

A friend & I met for dinner around 7 pm on a weeknight, and from the recommendation from a gentleman seated in the outside bar area, we gave this restaurant a try. WOW!
