Horrible customer service I prefer Chans Silk and since they don't allow kids under 14 they lost my service plus they were so rude to me and especially my husband.

Qwners are very very rude and not very helpful. when I mentioned how rude they were she pretty much said "you can go somewhere else" never never get another dollar from me.\r
very poor customer service.

Terrible place to shop. To start with children are not allowed in - My daughter is 12, not exactly a hazardous overly active age. I think it's because they leave open razor blades lying around. They have crazy policies - you can only check the glass you purchase after you have paid - and returns are only accepted if it is cracked in half - if it's a mere chipped glass your SOL.
