Order two dozen roses that were supposed to be a colored assortment. Roses ended up being all red. I called back to tell them that they messed up and they told me "Well, what do you want us to do?" They basically acted like it wasn't a big deal. Well if you spent $150 for roses it would be a big deal. There attitude was one of "we don't really need your business, so we don't really care." I...

Not very happy with my order at all it doesn't look anything like the picture and doesn't even have the same vase. I ordered online so I don't know how their customer service is so I can't comment...
