I usually shop online and order my package, when i am not home UPS,USPS deliver to the office but what happen this time was it was picked up by someone who i don,t know with my fake signature. I always wonder how do they get the USPS package slip. This is the 3rd time my package is lost from the office. Last 2 time they say its been send back to sender because i didn't pick up my packet in 2...

I have been waiting two months for my security deposit to be refunded and I keep hearing the same thing over and over. "Corporate has the money, they sent you the money, you should have it by now....etc". I am sick and tired of all the excuses for this. I need my money and they're not handing it over. Do not waste your time at this apartment complex, it's a huge scam.
