One cannot help but think this is a place you go NOT to be seen. The booths are very high and the place is kind of dimly lit, but maybe they are just trying for atmosphere. The food is average, not terrible, not great, and if you want to be alone with someone and not be bothered by other diners' loud conversation, this is a decent place to visit.

Our first visit will not be our last! Excellent service, combined with great food and an offbeat (and relatively inexpensive) wine list from small West Coast wineries.
Our hosts for dinner have named this their favorite place to dine in KC and it is evident why.
The food is well prepared and served. Servers are warm, friendly and knowledgeable.
