The longer I live here the more and more I am realizing that I should have moved. If you are are new to the area it is an okay place to get your feet wet but for the most part you have to complain a lot to get things fixed and things will be ignored for long periods of time before they are corrected. I would strongly recommend somewhere else.

I chose this place because it is close to where I work. Even though I really like the two guys who manage this building, and that they are very quick to completing any requested services , still there are things had I known them ahead of time, I would not move in....loud n disrespectful tenants everywhere. Smells of illegal smoking in the elevators n hallways n so on.

I absolutely love it here. The apartment is quite, the only time I hear people is when I'm in our living room and they are passing in front our door.
The apartment it's self is beautiful, they have amazing led track lighting. And the kitchen is stunning.
The few from my apartment is of the saint Paul sky line. And I'm two blocks away from the farmers market, CHS field, and the green line...

I've been living in Sibley for about 8 months now and I'm not that impressed. The apartments themselves are okay and nice but nothing impressive. I'm paying for a $695 studio but that's not including parking, electricity/central air and heat....So it get's pretty pricey by myself. The only extra thing they have here is a fitness center that has about 3 machines in it so it's not much but I...
