Help us make it rightMy wife and I were looking forward to a business trip/vacation that was scheduled to leave at 5:30am. That was a little too early to ask friends or family to give us a ride so I scheduled one with this company. About 15 minutes AFTER the car was supposed to pick us up I get a call from the driver. He gave me a story of how he was pulled over, but would still make it there on time. 15 minutes later he called again and said he already turned around because he wasn't going to make it.
No apology, No suggestions on how to get to the airport, No procedure in place to handle this situation.
