Need shutters in Dallas? Check out Shutter factory. We just had some wooden shutters installed in our home by Shutter Factory. The whole sale was quick, no hassle. Bill brought the shutter samples to our home, showed us all the shutter styles, colors and finishes to make sure everything matched. Then Adrian came out and about 2 weeks later, we had some new shutters. Thanks Shutter factory Dallas. (Edited May 26, 2012)

"""We had shutters fitted to every window of our old house and it cost a lot of money. We loved having the sucurity, insulation and noise blockout.
When we moved to our new house, we couldn't afford to have the whole house done and chose to go with The Shutter Factory to just have the main bedroom done.
We were so impressed with the price, the quality and professionalism that we got a quote on all the other bedrooms as well. It was definitely affordable through them.
The """"sales"""" person was very good, we told him we already knew about shutters we really only wanted a price and he respected that, no hard sell. The installers were very prompt and professional, and it was nice to receive a follow up call to make sure it was going ok.

This business closed down a long time ago, but they are still making house calls and taking money only never to be heard from again. F rating on better business bureau. Read the ripoff reports and google this company.
I call BS on these good reviews
The reviews seen here in Kudzu must be fake. Bill took my deposit in May 2012 and has not returned any calls or emails. Check the BBB about this company. Do not do business will Bill (William C jr) Wallace. kaye milligan-bull
