The service manager was excellent. He asked me if I had Ford points to cover part of the bill. This is my 3rd Lincoln and I never heard of Ford points in spite of the fact that I always had the cars serviced at a dealership. It turned out that I had enough points to pay for the entire service. I made my comments in an earlier section. I've only owned by vehicle for approximately 2 months so don't have much Schultz experience. My previous vehicle was a Lincoln, bought through a NJ dealer and I had no problems with either the vehicle or the dealer. Never an unpleasant experience.
