My initial phone call to get seen what more like an interrogation and was a bit uncomfortable. I had to explain things "properly" to even get seen, and keyword the fact that part of my counseling had to be relationship related, because the lady was confused why I wanted help. I had only one appointment at this site, and the counselor I saw is not listed here. I just called to reschedule my appointment because I have a family funeral to go to. The receptionist was most rude, telling me I cannot get my meds refilled and there is no way I can get an appointment before they run out!! She refused to listen to anything else I had to say. Shoreline Counseling Group is a friendly enviroment. When I walked in the door, I felt comfortable being there. The receptionist was pleasant and the therapist listened to me. I will keep going back. Great place
