The best thing about Shoregate is the location. It's directly on the shores of Lake Erie, so I have a great view. It is spacious for the 1 bed/1 bath that I rent. It has a great amount of storage space, including a walk-in closet. The apartments are reasonably priced for the space you get.

The worst thing about Shoregate is that they spread their employees too thin and can't keep good workers....

One of the 2 elevators is always broken, if not both of them. Laundry machines are constantly not doing their jobs, and management has yet to repair many of them. Gym facilities are abysmal at best. I can constantly hear my neighbors despite solid concrete walls, and the only upside to this place is the view of the lake.
