This place is Horrible. CROOKS!!! I got over $100 in gas and then they had the balls to charge me $15 tax for my pumpout. They also never told me that I was being charged for the pumpout. GO ELSEWHERE! All the good marina's do not charge you for pumpout if you get gas and only charge $5 if you don't. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

My first experience with Riverbank (Shore Point) Marina was 2008 and everytime I had an encounter with them I came away saying to myself these folks are nice people who are really trying very hard at Customer Service, which in this day and age is unfortunately all too often becoming a rare commodity.
