We always go during lunch which is cheaper and the same amount of food! The chefs don't put on as much of a show but they always entertain my kids. The waiter service has been semi neglectful for years but I go there for the food and hibachi. You sometimes have to wave to get their attention. We even get an order of salad dressing to take home to satisfy our cravings until we can go back again!...

Pathetic service. I typically tip 20% and up. Was mad that I was forced to tip 18% due to size of party. The food was great...chef was great...but the server didn't ever crack a smile and left us waiting 15 minutes plus for refills. Discussed terrible service with manager, John, and his excuse was they were busy. I can tell by other reviews that this was not a one time thing...which suggests...

Ever since hero (the old manager) left this place has went downhill. Ordered steak medium well and it was still raw. Terrible service. Got through the whole meal with no refill. Waited over a hour for sushi, never got it.

I could drink the salad dressing. The rice is delicious. The steak melts in your mouth. Lunch is super reasonably priced too!
