I am so please with the service I got. Jeff was wonderful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I was happy. I bought a pair of Born sandals that were not made correctly and I could not wear them. I went back and explained my problem to Jeff and he exchanged them for me. I wear my new ones every day and am so happy. Thank you Shoe Fly for your wonderful attention to me.
