I am a local and live in El Granada. I love Shiki. Their food is outstanding. The variety of sushi and sashimi is excellent. They are friendly and the sushi chefs know their business. I eat here on a pretty regular basis.

Ton Katsu and seafood curry came with soup...delicious and hot..mild curry...perfect for lunch. It was pleasantly busy on a Sunday afternoon . The staff is attentive.

That is how my husband described this restaurant to me. He is so right! Everything we ordered was great- asparagus beef, sushi rolls, teriyaki salmon, and especially the Hamachi Kama. The Orion beer, brewed and bottled in Okinawa, was a special treat also. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I have been going to Shiki Japanese at Stone Pine Road for many years. I have yet to get one thing that is not excellent. The food is very fresh, and the flavors are so good without being too sweet. The sushi is fresh and does not taste like it has been sitting around. The broth is so delicious that...

Shiki Japanese Restaurant is a fun place to go for sushi, sashimi, donburi, noodles and other Japanese dishes. There is both table service and seating at the bar. There's even a large television to distract those who are dining alone. The restaurant is one of four Shiki restaurants on the peninsula; this branch is located in the Stone Pine Center near San Mateo Road.
