Carmen was delightful and professional. Her work was thorough. She did pull out a tile in the bathtub. I believe she put her weight on it while standing up after scouring the tub. Not a big deal, but I do have to hire a handyman to replace the tile in order to not weaken adjacent tiles

My biggest concern had nothing to do with Carmen, but the person who brought the supplies. He left her...

I give Shields one star for showing up. They were not good. They did not complete the job, even though I asked for less work due to some areas that were not ready.the quality was poor, and they di not return to guarantee their job.

I have never written a review before, but then again I have never experienced such bad service from a company. The cleaning is mediocre, at best, but the worst part is their customer service. Honestly there are so many other cleaning companies in NYC, save yourself the headache and find another one. Seriously, do not use
