very rude with an attitude

I personally have this store's management to be quite rude and to handle most of the customers with an attitude. An attitude of the customer is serving them and they are actually doing us a favor. It is a shame because I usually like to patronize the smaller /small town establisments instead of larger ones like Walmart.
