I stayed during TXOU weekend and the staff was very helpful during a busy time. The room was better than expected and the bed was great. I will stay there again.

It was convenient to my meeting place. It's quiet and has an excellent room service staff.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The room service staff went out of their way to get what my wife wanted. They joked about not being able to find it, and then produced exactly what she wanted.
