First of all, I do not like paying for parking when you stay at a hotel. Self parking should be included and not on a highway. Also, our room was extremely warm. We had the thermostat at 60 degrees and it had to be every bit of 80 degrees in the room. The onsite maintenance came to the room and checked it but said it was working fine. The hotel is nice and the rooms were great but my coworker and I were on our way back from dinner at the Pickle barrel -just two blocks from the hotel. We had witnessed a scary incident in which a woman was apparently knocked out and lying unconscious on the side of the street; we had called 911 and were in a hurry to get inside the hotel as soon as possible. I go to Chattanooga often and this hotel has fallen apart over the last two years. The rooms have great beds and all the standard Sheraton required items. BUT, the tv's are old junkers, they have the staff so cut back you can never get anyone to fill requests. The pool area is beautiful BUT its always broken or filthy.... more
