My sister and I booked a one night stay at this hotel but only actually stayed a day (not overnight) we were waiting for a plane arrival. Our visit did not start out good, this is becasue of the people at the front desk. The two desk attendants were not accomodating or pleasant at all. We requested a room if available facing the water, they stated they were fully book and that wouldn't be...

mold in shower- rivervue doors to balcony bolted shut- dirty windows- could not see out or take pictures-
$20.00 a night to park- wallpaper peeling in hallways and very stained carpet thru out-complaint to empolyees-"sorry" was all they said Not worth $200 a night

Sheraton Norfolk is a perfect place to stay, wonderful views of the City, walking distance to all entertainment , shopping, dining. This Hotel is beautiful, the staff is wondderful and accomodating. Recomended to all.
