Editorial Reviews from the web
In Short The Pinnacle is located on the top floor of the Sheraton Nashville Downtown and makes the building one of the most recognized on the Nashville skyline. Open for 25 years as a restaurant, the Pinnacle is now solely a private event facility. The ballroom rotates slowly, giving patrons a wonderful view of downtown and a spectacular look at the State Capitol.

It's also within blocks of...

The staff of the Sheraton went out of their way to be polite and helpful. I came to Nashville on a business trip and did not know anything about the area. The concierge, a young lady named Shannon or Sharon?, was very helpful and friendly. Same goes with the front desk staff. The hotel is very nice and clean. However, the staff is what really won me over!

+ Nice employees

The front desk clerk asked how my flight was, the concierge printed out maps of the local points of interest and directions and had great suggestions for dinner, and the staff in the restaurant was...
